The first step in restoring your website is adding your server credentials on jetpack, so jetpack can run the restore process on the server. You can follow the steps below.
- Login to the jetpack site, under the backup section, click on enable restore.
- Click I don't know / my host is not listed here / I have my server credentials.
- Specify the server credentials by clicking on FTP. Input the necessary details required.
- Click and test and save credentials, then finish.
In the left sidebar, click on backup to view when the last backup occurred. You can choose to download or restore a particular backup as preferred.
